As a business accepting online payments you need to stay on top of your transactions analytics.
To help you we have enabled custom payment gateway transaction reporting. Now you can download transaction reports for up to 31 days in one go from Cashfree’s Merchant Dashboard.
Steps to download custom reports:
- Go to PG Dashboard>Reports>Transaction Reports
- On the Transaction Reports screen click on Generate Reports button
- Now click inside the date range field box, and select Custom Range from the menu
- You will get a calendar view, select the desired date range. Please note at a time you can select a date range of up to 31 days. In this
eg the date range starts from 17th Oct and you can select the date only till 17th Nov.
- Once you have selected the range, you will see “Generate” button. Click on the button to extract the report.
- You will be taken back to
Transaction Reports screen. Select the report and click on Download.
